This kind of tango is a blend of the "Uruguayan milonga", as Jorge Luis Borges stated, and the rhythms of the candombe. It consists of a variety of styles that developed in different regions and eras of Argentina and Uruguay. The dance is often accompanied by several musical forms such as:Tango,Milonga and Vals. This artwork piece belongs to the limmited Tango Series the artist produced during Swiss' 2010 winter. Cold winter-hot tango. A fantastic collection. Painted on linen, with strongly defined lines and colours, the strong and physical tango steps are brilliantly represented.
